FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the daily schedule?
We will be doing live online training every day starting at 1 PM Eastern. Each session will run for up to 3 hours and will include time for Q&A
What happens if I can't make it to the live trainings?
Each day, recordings will be uploaded to the Member Portal. If you have upgraded to the All Access Pass, you will have access to all the recordings for one year. Free members will also have access to the Member Portal, but will only review the 30-minute preview sessions.
What other platforms will you be covering in the Live Producer Playbook?
The focus will be Ecamm Live and Ecamm for Zoom. I will also be showing you how to take your broadcast and multi-stream to platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, etc.
What is included in the bonus 1-day Live Implementation Workshop?
This LIVE hands-on workshop will help you with setting up and implementing the things you have learned during the Live Producer Playbook training. There will also be dedicated time for Q&A and troubleshooting. Total time for this workshop will be 4-hours.
Where do I access the training material and recordings?
Everything is housed in the Member Portal. You will be provided with login information once we upload the first day's recordings.
Can I upgrade to an All Access Pass once the training has started?
Yes! If you are in the free preview, you'll be given a chance to upgrade to the All Access Pass. Once you have paid for the upgrade, you will be given updated information to access the live training.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the training, there will be no refunds once the live event has ended.
